Hey everyone just wanted to introduce myself. I play Toere, Pahu, Ipu Heke and whateva else I can bang on for my Halau. Kaimikaho Hale O Hula Down here in Phoenix Az. Our Halau mainly focuses on Kahiko which is my Kumus first passion and Tahitian which is my Kumus second. I actually have an arabic percussion background but nuthin gives you the chicken skin like OLI style chants. Anyway thats my 2 cents. One more thing does anyone know where I can get a good Toere Im to lazy to make my own besides there is not alot of black milo wood over here in the valley of the sun :) Glad to be apart of the tribe
