Wed, February 18, 2009 - 10:21 PMI think that is an awesome and beautiful idea to create a hula in honor of President Obama. Reminds me of when the dancers would create and perform hulas for the royalty and important people of the hawaiian culture. A good way to marry the ancient spirit of hula to the modern world.
I won't be able to see the hula, but I hope that after its debut maybe you might put up a youtube video of it? I hope the staff of President Obama will be able to see it as well.
